KK Malhotra, AVSM - Chairman |
A Post Graduate Civil Engineer by
qualification, Brig. Malhotra started his career in the Indian Army in the
Corps of Engineers and after a long and successful innings of 33 years moved to
form a Pvt. Limited Company with other Senior Army Officers and Senior Railway
Officers to undertake projects both in the Public Sector as well as the Private
Sector. After an innings of 8 years there, he set up Shielders 'N Placers to
cater to the Domestic Job Market & to help relocate Ex-Servicemen. This
Enterprise very shortly started its International Operations in 1995 and was
re-named as Shielders ’N Placers International which was further
re-christened to Shielders 'N Placers (Overseas) Pvt. Ltd.
In the Indian Army, he served as Chief Engineer in various Sectors and earned
the distinction of being the Chief Engineer of Border Roads Organization in
Jammu & Kashmir for a period spanning 3 years. The maintenance and upkeep
of the Highest Motorable Road in the World was also under his able command. In
fact, his hard work here won him the Distinguished Service Award Ati Vishisht
Seva Medal "AVSM" which was conferred on him by the President of
India in 1986.
Brig. Malhotra qualified with Distinction at the Higher Command, Sr. Management
and Defence Services Staff College Courses : his vast and rich experience spans
more than 4 decades.

A Mechanical Engineer by qualification,
Vishal spent his initial few years with LLOYDS and then with RRCC in Marketing,
Sales, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, Management and so on. His
experience covers a period of over 12 years in the industry. He is amongst the
Founder Members of the Team.

Electronics and Communication Engineering
with post graduate qualification in Personnel Management got Aseem into BELL,
one of India's leading electronic semi conductor companies. After a stint of
few years, he moved to SNP and is also amongst its Founder Members. Today he
has an experience of 10 years in the industry.

|
Brig Amarjeet also spent more than three
decades with the Indian Army in the Ordnance Corps. Later, he was advisor to
National Industrial Development Corporation of India and has vast experience in
Administration, Logistics, HRD, Materials etc. He is one of the senior members
of our team.

M.Com followed by F.C.A. coupled with nearly three decades of practical
experience in the Banking and Finance Sector is Chada's forte. He is currently
on the Board of Directors of a number of companies and is Ex-MD, Bank of Bhutan
and Ex-CMD, New Bank of India.

A post-graduate specialist in Medicine and a
medical doctor by profession Gaur has over two and a half decades of experience
in selection training and testing of Medical. Officers and Staff. He is an
expert in Medical Care and Consultancy to patients and is on the panel of many
large Hospitals.

Raj is a B.Sc. (Hons.), M.Sc. Nursing having
tons of experience in the Nursing field. During her tenure with the Ministry of
Health, she held the position of Advisor - Nursing. She is an Ex-President of
Nursing Council of India, an Ex - WHO Advisor in Nursing for Indonesia &
Thailand. Raj has carried out extensive studies in USA, UK, Canada, Yugoslavia,
Maldives etc on Nursing Manpower Planning, Selection and Training.
